Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden call on the European Commission to discuss Russia’s frozen assets again
In a letter to the European Commission, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain and Sweden called for a return to the issue of using Russia’s frozen state assets to help Ukraine. The authors of the letter claim that Kyiv already has a €23 billion hole in its defense budget and that new options now need to be sought.
