Novak said that refineries in the Saratov and Ryazan regions were struck
Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said that on the night of October 14, Ukrainian drones allegedly attacked oil refineries in the Saratov and Ryazan regions. Authorities in those regions reported only downed drones and shelling of Balakovo, while adviser to the President of Ukraine Dmytro Lytvyn called Novak’s statement fake.
