The Judicial Department under the Supreme Court classified part of the 2025 statistics on people convicted under articles used for political persecution, as well as on crimes committed by security forces. According to Verstka, an entire chapter on crimes against the foundations of the constitutional order and constitutional security disappeared from the published report.
