In St. Petersburg, 36-year-old Tatyana K. was arrested in a case of justifying terrorism because of a comment in the Telegram channel of the publication «Kholod» about the attack at «Crocus City Hall». The investigation is proceeding under Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code.
