HRC appealed to the UN over the detention of historian Artem Kirpichenko in Israel
The Presidential Council of Russia for Civil Society Development and Human Rights said it had appealed to the UN after Russian historian Artem Kirpichenko was detained in Israel. The HRC is asking for the reasons for the detention to be explained and for him to be provided access to a lawyer and medical assistance.
