Volodymyr Zelensky has entrusted the duties of Ukraine’s prosecutor general to the head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Prosecutor’s Office, Anton Kovalsky. Decree No. 946/2026 was published on September 17; the document says the decision was made on the basis of the law on the legal regime of martial law.
