The Russian Ministry of Finance on September 30 declared unsuccessful an auction of federal loan bonds (OFZ) maturing in 2030. This was the quarter’s final placement, through which the ministry raised 1.264 trillion rubles for the budget.

The Ministry of Energy proposed that government bodies consider introducing external management of the assets of EuroTrans, which owns the Trassa gas station network.
