Commissioner of the Council of Europe calls for a ceasefire in Oleshky and humanitarian access
Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights Michael O’Flaherty called for an immediate ceasefire in the occupied town of Oleshky in Kherson Oblast, unrestricted access for humanitarian organizations, and a safe evacuation of civilians. He said the humanitarian crisis in the city is rapidly worsening, and civilians, including children, are left without enough food, medicine, running water, or electricity.
