Russian authorities have for the first time since July allowed grain-carrying vessels to leave the Sea of Azov, and part of exports has begun to be rerouted through Murmansk. Temporary permission was granted to grain carriers from the ports of Temryuk and Kavkaz, and loading of the first batch of grain has already begun in Murmansk.
