About 140 foreigners were detained in the Moscow metro during a raid
In the Moscow metro, police detained about 140 foreigners during a raid using a system that the Ministry of Internal Affairs calls «the latest technology». All of those detained were taken to police stations, and they are then planned to be deported and banned from entering the country.
