Dmitry Peskov said that for the situation in Ukraine to be resolved, legitimate leadership on the part of Kyiv must come forward, ready to take responsibility and make a decision to end the conflict. The Kremlin also expects to organize a meeting between Vladimir Putin and American negotiators in the near future.
