Amnesty International Accuses the Mali Army and Wagner Group of War Crimes
Amnesty International accused the Malian army and the Wagner Group of war crimes against civilians during joint operations in Mali between June 2023 and December 2025. In a new report, the organization said it had documented at least 34 deaths in seven localities across three regions of the country.
