Trump postponed sanctions and tariffs against Russia under Graham’s law
US President Donald Trump has indefinitely postponed the introduction of new sanctions and tariffs against Russia, according to an executive order published on the White House website. The decision was made under a document that was supposed to take effect no later than October 18, but allows measures to be suspended if this serves US national interests.
