A court in Georgia has allowed the extradition of Mikhail Timofeev to Russia
The Tbilisi City Court has allowed the extradition to Russia of Mikhail Timofeev, an aide and associate of former Khabarovsk Krai governor Sergei Furgal. Timofeev’s defense intends to appeal the decision to Georgia’s Supreme Court.
