The authorities of the Nizhny Novgorod region introduced a limit on gasoline purchases — no more than 40 liters per car per refueling — and banned dispensing fuel into cans and other containers. The restrictions, which do not apply to diesel, were introduced amid queues at gas stations after the drone attack.
