«Agency»: Putin’s plane after Turkmenistan may have been diverted to St. Petersburg because of attacks on Moscow
According to Agency, Vladimir Putin’s plane, after returning from Turkmenistan, may have been directed to land in St. Petersburg, and then it took off for Moscow almost immediately. This happened amid attacks by Ukrainian drones and balloons, which led to the «Carpet» plan being introduced at Moscow and Moscow-area airports and more than 300 flights being delayed or canceled.
