Henri B. Kagan and Kenso Soai received the 2026 Nobel Prize in Chemistry
The 2026 Nobel Prize in Chemistry was awarded to French chemist Henri B. Kagan of the University of Paris-Sud and Japanese chemist Kenso Soai of the Tokyo University of Science. They were awarded the prize for the discovery of nonlinear effects and autocatalysis in asymmetric organic synthesis, the Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences said.
