The Israeli Supreme Court has allowed the name of Lieutenant Colonel Arie Amidror to be published; he is considered one of the main culprits behind the failure that allowed Hamas to attack Israel on October 7, 2023. He had previously tried to ban publication of his name, but the ban has been lifted.
