The Russian Ministry of Finance did not place OFZ at the last auction of the quarter
The Russian Ministry of Finance on September 30 declared unsuccessful an auction of federal loan bonds (OFZ) maturing in 2030. This was the quarter’s final placement, through which the ministry raised 1.264 trillion rubles for the budget.
