Witkoff and Kushner failed to reach an agreement after trips to Moscow and Kyiv
Donald Trump’s envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner held a series of meetings in Moscow and Kyiv, trying to move forward negotiations on ending the Russian-Ukrainian war. By the end of the trip, no agreement had emerged: the sides remain far from a deal, and the war, judging by the statements and leaks, will continue at least through this winter.
