Uber drivers filed a class action in Amsterdam over the trip payment algorithm
Uber drivers from the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, and other countries filed a class action in the Amsterdam District Court, where the company’s European headquarters is located. They claim that the algorithm assigns pay differently and distributes orders for about 241,000 drivers in the EU and the UK.
