The court in London upheld Ofcom’s requests to Meta, TikTok and X as lawful
The High Court of London dismissed Meta, TikTok and X’s lawsuits against the British regulator Ofcom and found its demands to disclose detailed statistics on post moderation and harmful content on social networks lawful. This concerns requests that Ofcom sent to the companies in February 2026 under the British online safety law.
