As of September 11, in St. Petersburg the share of gas stations where gasoline can be bought without a queue fell below 40%, although in August it was around 90%. According to data from the «GdeBenz» service, analyzed by German economist Janis Kluge, almost half of the gas stations in the city were left without gasoline.
