Study: Stasi espionage increased the GDR’s GDP by 7.4% by 1988
Stasi espionage in the 1970s and 1980s, according to a new study, increased the GDR’s GDP by 7.4% by 1988, the last full year before the fall of the Berlin Wall. The work was prepared with support from Rockwool Foundation Berlin.
