The Supreme Court of Russia, in the case of St. Petersburg resident Danila Kosachyov, ruled to lift the ban on registration actions for his Dodge Ram 1500 and allow the use of the vehicle, which had been wanted internationally at Canada’s initiative. At the same time, the court did not oblige the Interior Ministry to remove the vehicle from the wanted database.

Верховный суд России по делу жителя Санкт-Петербурга Данилы Косачёва постановил снять запрет на регистрационные действия с его Dodge Ram 1500 и разрешить эксплуатацию машины, находившейся в международном розыске по инициативе Канады. При этом суд не обязал МВД исключать автомобиль из базы розыска.
