Presnensky Court sentences Andrey Melnikov to 4.5 years in prison and a fine of 900,000 rubles
The Presnensky Court of Moscow sentenced former head of the Deposit Insurance Agency Andrey Melnikov to 4.5 years in prison and a fine of 900,000 rubles. He was found guilty of large-scale fraud in the case of the theft of 4 billion rubles linked to the Novosibirsk water park «Akvamir».
