Vice President of the European Parliament Pina Picierno has announced a hunger strike to draw international attention to the situation in Oleshky in the occupied part of Kherson region. She called on humanitarian organizations and governments to secure an immediate humanitarian truce, the delivery of food and medicine, and the safe evacuation of civilians.
