Spain and Italy agreed to stop checks at airports and ports
Spain and Italy agreed on October 22 to stop checking people arriving from one country to the other at airports and ports. The decision was made after a phone call between the interior ministers and a meeting between Giorgia Meloni and Pedro Sánchez at the recent EU summit in Brussels.
