Peskov called the Arctic a zone of cooperation, not confrontation
Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on October 20 that the Arctic should not be a zone of confrontation. According to him, Russia is open to dialogue and considers the region a territory of mutually beneficial cooperation.
