Montenegro will expel Mikhail Zvinchuk, his wife, and three employees
Montenegrin authorities will expel from the country the founder of the Telegram channel «Rybar», Mikhail Zvinchuk, his wife, and three employees. Zvinchuk’s detention became known on the morning of October 9; Montenegrin law enforcement said they had prevented potentially dangerous activity by these people on the country’s territory.
