The wife of 54-year-old entrepreneur Vladimir Shch. from Ust-Kut took him home after nearly a day spent in the police station and military enlistment office, where, according to the family’s complaint to the prosecutor’s office, the man was being pressured to sign a contract with the Ministry of Defense. Vladimir is now with his family, and his relatives fear he may be tracked down and are trying not to let him go out alone.
