Switzerland will vote on an initiative that tightens neutrality and could complicate sanctions against Russia
In Switzerland, a referendum will be held on Sunday to enshrine a stricter definition of the country’s neutrality in the constitution. If approved, the initiative would effectively bar Bern from imposing sanctions against Russia without a UN Security Council decision and would limit military cooperation with NATO.
