Roskomnadzor in Kaliningrad summoned Oleg Kashin for a protocol over a post with anime
The Roskomnadzor office for the Kaliningrad Region notified publicist Oleg Kashin of plans to open an administrative case over «LGBT propaganda» because of a post in his Telegram channel. Kashin was summoned in Kaliningrad to draw up a protocol on October 5.
