Cedar: arrests of top officials in Russia have increased more than fivefold since 2022
Since 2022, the number of arrests of top-level officials in Russia has increased more than fivefold, according to a study by the Cedar analytical center. In 2022–2025, 278 criminal cases were opened against 252 officials.
