MSU will study the approach of Earth to asteroid Apophis
Scientists at Lomonosov Moscow State University will study the approach of Earth to asteroid Apophis, which will pass at its closest distance to the planet in April 2029. This was reported on September 1 during a ceremonial lecture for first-year students in the Main Building of MSU by Rector Viktor Sadovnichy.
