The UN report mentioned Chubais’s letter to Putin calling for an end to the war
Former Rosnano head Anatoly Chubais wrote a letter to Russian President Vladimir Putin before leaving Russia in March 2022, calling on him to immediately end the war. This is stated in the report by the UN Special Rapporteur on human rights in Russia, Mariana Katzarova, and Chubais himself confirmed it to Ekho.
