At a joint press conference with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in Berlin, Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev again called for freezing hostilities in Ukraine in order to move to negotiations. He also called Vladimir Putin «the most acceptable political figure» for Europe and the world.
