The White House said on Friday that U.S. President Donald Trump signed a law on «hellish sanctions» against Russia. The document allows tariffs of up to 100% against the five largest buyers of Russian oil and gas and provides for personal sanctions against Vladimir Putin, members of the government, and the leadership of the security services.
