Presnensky Court of Moscow orders in absentia the arrest of Natalia Sindeeva and Mark Ten
The Presnensky District Court of Moscow has ordered in absentia the arrest of Dozhd founder Natalia Sindeeva and the channel’s CEO Mark Ten. They are charged under Part 3 of Article 284.3 of the Criminal Code — with organizing the work of an «undesirable organization».
