Russia’s Prosecutor General’s Office declared Faculty of Liberal Arts & Sciences (FLAS) — the Faculty of Liberal Arts and Sciences in Montenegro — an undesirable organization. According to the Russian Ministry of Justice, it was founded in 2023 by former instructors from Shaninka, and in 2024 it received state accreditation in Montenegro.
