Dubai court freezes $704 million in assets of Azerbaijani oil traders linked to Russian oil trade
A court in Dubai has barred Azerbaijani oil traders Etibar Eyub and Tahir Garaev, as well as 13 other individuals and legal entities, from disposing of assets worth up to $704 million.
