The British magazine The Economist reported that former U.S. National Security Council official Thomas Graham, who returned from Moscow after meetings with senior Russians, said that peace in Ukraine «will not be fair». According to his forecast, Russia will retain part of Ukrainian territory, and Vladimir Putin will not stand trial in The Hague for war crimes.
