Radio Free Europe’s Balkan Service and the «System» project discovered among the staff of the Russian embassy in Serbia the assistant military attaché Alexander Krasy, whom Bulgaria declared persona non grata in 2021. Before working in Belgrade, he held the same position at the Russian embassy in Bulgaria.
