Moscow City Court upholds Zhanna Nemtsova’s in-absentia arrest
Zhanna Nemtsova was placed on an international wanted list after the Moscow City Court on September 17 upheld her in-absentia arrest in the case concerning the organization of activities of an undesirable organization (Part 3 of Article 284.1 of the Criminal Code). The court rejected the defense’s appeals.
