CAS obligates IIHF to admit Russian teams to tournaments for the 2026-2027 season
The Court of Arbitration for Sport ruled that the International Ice Hockey Federation (IIHF) must allow Russian teams to participate in tournaments in the 2026-2027 season. This was reported by Sports Minister and head of the Russian Olympic Committee Mikhail Degtyarev; IIHF said it was disappointed with the decision and will act in accordance with it.
