FOM: 30% of Russians said that over the year they spent more than they earned
In the October survey by the Public Opinion Foundation (FOM), 30% of Russians said that over the past year their expenses were higher than their income. Another 49% said they live roughly paycheck to paycheck, while 16% have a personal budget in the black.
