The Minister of Tourism and Sports of Kazakhstan, Yerbol Myrzabosynov, met with the head of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports under the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan, Urmat Asanbaev, at the World Nomad Games and gave him a bow. The meeting took place amid a dispute between Astana and Bishkek over the medal standings of the competition.
Kazakhstan has begun to gradually introduce paid electronic entry permits for foreigners who do not need a visa, including Russians. The Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) permit will be processed through the digital platform QazETA.
